The School for Scandal is Jeff Recommended!

'Zounds! I am most elated to report that Idle Muse Theatre Company's production of The School for Scandal, which opened just this past weekend, has been recommended by the Joseph Jefferson Committee in Chicago! This, of course, is quite wondrous news to report on, as a Jeff Recommendation gives any show lucky enough to get recommended a badge of rank, honour, and makes them remarkably tenacious of reputation!

Of course, our little scandalous college celebrated the report on Sunday with a matinee performance of our daring little show, where we all had an immensely good time telling tales of scandal as we also rushed to not forget our entrances after a most fabulous opening night party on Saturday that Charles Surface would have been proud of! (Certainly, no plagues on any of us as we all drank bumpers and not one of us demurred at a toast!)
